- Maintenance hours are 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- For your convenience and a more efficient response, please submit maintenance requests through your Tenant Portal or by calling/texting For maintenance request please call 305-363-2012, which is open 24/7.

- 24-hour emergency maintenance is available for issues which may include broken water pipes, a tree that has fallen on the structure, major sewage backup, flooding and so forth.
- For gas odors, fire, and all health emergencies call 911 immediately.
